History & Development
Samsung Saudi Arabia was established in 1999, which marked its first entrance into the Middle East market. For the past decade, Samsung Saudi Arabia experienced successful project execution and built up its reputation in the region for Hydrocarbon projects. Currently the company is enhancing its business capability by establishing In Kingdom EPC (2008) and Samsung Naffora Techno Valley (2011) to focus on creating a stronger relationship with the regional clients and localizing engineering work. The future also looks bright for Samsung Saudi Arabia, as the company focuses on creating new business in sectors such as power, metallurgy and water.
As Samsung Engineering executes projects around the world focusing on quality, safety, schedule and cost, we also strive to create additional value for our clients in every imaginable way. We understand the importance of glocalization and our focus is to give fair return to the country where projects are being executed.
In Saudi Arabia, we fully support and strive to meet government initiatives of “Saudization,” the recruitment of Saudi nationals in private companies.
We plan to achieve this goal by focusing on the
- Recruitment of Saudi Employees
- Transferring Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project management skills
- Safety Simulations and Training
